"Extremely disappointed with State Farm. I had bundled home and auto insurance for years, but they suddenly dropped my home policy and said they won’t renew it. That caused me to lose my bundle discount, and now they’re charging me an extra $22 mid-year—even though I paid my full premium in January. The policy changes make no sense and feel like a cash grab. Totally unfair. The policy premium should be based on what the discount was initially present and we shouldn’t have to pay more when something changes from State Farm standpoint. Nick and his team have been great otherwise."

Nick has been so helpful to us on all different aspects of our insurance services, whether it was our mortgage, our cars or other. We’ve been very happy to have such a knowledgeable agent and his team. They’ve been helping us throughout the years. Saving couple bucks and changing insurance companies is not worthy to us as we never had any problems processing claims with State Farm. "Recently I purchased a 1953 studebaker truck on a bill of sale, when it came time to apply for a Ill. Title I had to get a surity bond and numerous other documents, I was not sure how to go about this and thought well it's automotive so I will ask my insurance man ( Nick Janet), he was not sure exactly how to go about this but did some research for me and said not a problem. After the first submission to the state, I was notified some verbiage that I used not Nick were incorrect and I would need to submit all papers again, which Nick did again and never made me feel like this was a inconvenience, upon the 2nd. Filing of papers I was again denied as the year didn't math the serial number, again I did my research and presented this to Nick to again fill out the papers, again with a smile said no problem. I have a home, large camper, motorcycle, 2 cars, and another pick up to be insured when title is received, I would not think off changing insurance companies to save a buck, I have never been treated poorly or as if my questions are a waste of Nicks' or his office crews' time, which the office crew is outstanding, I am not one to take the time to write a review but I felt compelled to tell everyone this insurance agent is definitely a diamond in the rough. "I've had my policy for about 3 years untill recently when it was cancelled with out my knowledge. I guess somehow a payment didn't go through so they "called" me on Jan 26th and say they left a message which i never got. Then since it was so important they waited almost a month Feb 22nd to send me an email. Then when they didn't get a reply they decided to wait ANOTHER MONTH!!!!! to send my bill to the wrong address (how i do not know seeing as my policy is for MY CURRENT ADDRESS!!! and now the bill is 8 times the amount."
